5 Days Street Survival Skill Programme (1 hour per day) includes: (Charges Rs.30,000/-)

  1. 6 live scenarios and teach them to defend and escape from each of them.
  2. Printed Tips about self defence will be given.
  3. Demonstration and practice by using kicking pads for each participant about attacking skills
  4. Usage of knees and elbows for self defence
  5. Techniques about handy things for self defence (mobile, pepper spray and pen etc.)

Information

This is not a sport and it is not a game; this is totally focused upon the most effective way to defend yourself in an extremely violent situation. The main difference between Street Survival Skills for Women and traditional Martial Arts, is that it quickly teaches you practical methods, instead of those old martial art techniques that can take years to effectively put together. You WILL have a Fighting Chance ! The Best Self-Defense for Women Anywhere Around.

With the recent development in the different cities of India its imperative for all of us to be Physically Fit and know the least techniques of Self Defence. The number of crimes are increasing at an alarming rate and not only the Government of India and the other Federal Governments but all important global bodies like Human Rights Commission and the United Nations are concerned. If we have to cite some examples then it will be ever ending.

Looking at all these its important for us to train the women in the societies the basic Street Survival Skillsso that they can face with courage the society as a whole without depending much upon the Government and the police to act upon that. Its important for us to understand the fact that its better being proactive than being reactive in our lives.

We, Zen Sports and Fitness are conducting a 5 days Street Survival SkillProgramme for Women. This will be one hourprogramme for 5 days, where we teach the streetsurvival skills. Dress code for women will be track pant and T-shirt or chudidar.

We have already the experience of conducting similar programs in Symphony, Wipro, SSS and ISGN Novasoft, etc., to name a few.
