In Zen Sports & Fitness, Sports & Conditioning Training our primary goal is to improve athletic performance, which usually means improving athletes’ speed, strength and power (although specifics vary according to athlete and sport). The second primary goal is to reduce athletic injuries. To that end, Zen Sports & fitness Trainers often design regimens to strengthen body parts that are prone to injury in a particular sport. Our Specialist will develop systematic training programs for both teams and individual athletes, often working in close association with coaches. This usually includes teaching proper lifting techniques, supervising and motivating athletes as they work out, and assessing their performance before and after the program. The nature of the sports & conditioning program will vary depending on whether the sport is in season or not. In every different game every individual player and their role is different.Their power, strength, speed, endurance, flexibility and agility differs from position and from one player to another. Since, all these are different from one to another. Our Master Trainer will evaluate all these criteria’s based on the game and their role in the game. Master Trainer will analyse his weakness and advantages based on his physical, mental, cultural and bio-mechanical aspects. He will make a unique year long developmental program from season to season to reach his goal.

GROUP TRAINING

In Zen Sports & Fitness Group Fitness Class participants can get an amazing intense workout in a small group setting. Feeling as though you have a personal trainer helping you through the workout, this class provides great instruction along with a small group (Max 5-6) to help encourage each other to work as hard as you can! A great way to help tone your body as well as getting direction and instruction for what workouts are best for you. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or a seasoned athlete, Zen Sports & Fitness Group Fitness Class delivers an exercise experience that will elevate every participant’s overall health and fitness and provide a motivational atmosphere that drives you to consistency and success. Our group fitness classes uniquely integrates interval training techniques with compound sports-related movements in an unparalleled inspiring exercise environment. As every individual goals and medical issues will be different, Our Expert Trainers will be able to give different exercises to every client based on their capabilities. Our Trainers will be motivating each one of them to reach their goals and over come from pain and aches and help them to rehab their medical issues. In every group fitness class we have a unique blend of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, strength training, core training and flexibility exercises to address one or more primary fitness components. Secondary components include factors such as balance, coordination and stability.

PERSONAL TRAINING

In today’s modern age where people’s work are more sedentary but the desire for healthy lifestyle is at its peak, Personal Fitness trainers are important to achieve fitness goals. In Zen Sports & Fitness Personal Fitness trainers stay on top of health trends and they will help the client unleash unlimited potential and achieve their goals. The trainers are well-versed in the techniques and strategic which are appropriate and applicable to achieving a client’s health goal. In Zen Sports & Fitness Personal Fitness Program each client will undergo evaluation by the Master Trainer Mr. M.G. Prasad who play and fulfil a variety of roles-a nutrition, adviser, exercise expert and lifestyle consultant. He assess the clients fitness level including their total body fat percentage, BP, Pulse, upper body strength and endurance, lower body strength and endurance, upper and lower body flexibility, core strength, body balance along with his/her medical issues. Based on their goals and medical issues he will be designing his/her exercise routine/fitness regimen, their diet, nutritional requirements and develops a tailored plans. These fitness regimens will be carried over by our expert Personal Fitness Trainer and will hold you accountable to taking care of yourself nutritionally, physically with your overall health to develop a realistic and achievable plan to attain these goals. In every two month once the master trainer will evaluate their progress and makes a new workout and diet routines.

PREHAB & REHAB TRAINING FOR ATHLETS

PREHAB :

aim is to improve the physical condition (fitness) of the patient or athlete. PreHab is the means in which we prepare our bodies to move well and perform great. PreHab includes assessing how the body moves in order to effectively restore proper body mechanics and alignment in movement. Assessing movement paves way to selecting appropiate ‘Corrective Exercises’ that will bring an individual’s movement back to the intended natural design. Prehab involves many different techniques and exercises. However, the main focus of PreHab is on how to move well. PreHab will differ for people and differ for sports. PreHab for football will be different from PreHab for swimming. There are particular muscles in a particular game prone to get injured. Like hamstring pull for a sprinter and a rotator cuff injury for a contact sport. Hence, we will analyse the muscle involvement in his game and add more strength or will correct his bio-mechanics and minimise or prevent the injury as far as possible

PreHab exercises are designed to improve:

Alignment- Developing more efficient form in all movement.

Mobility – Restoring range of motion to one’s Movement Patterns.

Activation– Stimulating muscles groups that are essential to specific Movement Patterns.

Stability – Developing adequate support to maintain proper Body Mechanics while performing specific Movement Patterns.

RE-HAB

Rehabilitation is the process to regain full function following injury. This involves restoring strength, flexibility, endurance and power and priorioception and balance as well as more sports specific or functional exercises and is achieved through various exercises and drills.”The aim of rehabilitation is to maximise the potential to restore a person who has an impairment, or an incapacity for service or work, as a result of a service injury or disease

These are common for a layman and a sports person. Anybody can get injured while walking, in accidents or while exercising in a gym or playing in a ground. To rehab these injuries in an early stage to prevent to become a chronic injury. Advising a proper exercise routine and rest is very important. Our job is to design a periodized program and heal these injuries and bring him back to the track is the goal of Zen Sports & Fitness.
