Group Fitness Training
Our Group Fitness Training Program is a regular tailor made program which is suitable for everyone of all ages. This course is all about enhancing Muscle Strength & Fitness, Endurance and Flexibility.
Our Approach :
We conduct this training program in smaller group only (10 participants per batch) to ensure the participants get maximum outcome. Group Fitness Training starts with Weight Training and followed by Aerobics, Cardio Kick Boxing, Sports Training and Outdoor sprinting which involves lot of flexibility training also. This is designed to give the maximum benefit to all participants in short time.
Who can join :
Anyone who is enthusiastic and committed to enhance their body fitness level can join the course. Anyone who is suffering with Knee Pain or Back Pain or pains due to any injury can also join this program. Our trainers pay individual attention to each participant to help you recover pains & achieve the desired fitness results
Outcomes of the Group Fitness Training :
On following our instructions, at the end of this fitness program, participants can expect metabolic rate enhancement.
Our Master Fitness Trainers Dr. M.G. Prasad will monitor every participants for the perfection, give personal counselling if needed and to encourage for practicing.
This program is a month on month program. Learn and practice with us under our expert trainers guidance. Later, you can continue the program with us or practice at your home. This is a holistic program where you can learn to be fit forever.
