This is a unique programme where you can lose up to 12kgs in 6 weeks, before we start the classes we do assessment for every individual , in that we check their weight, height, total body fat%, his upper body strength, Lower body strength, his core strength, his lower and upper body flexibility,  their body circumference, blood pressure  and we do this for every week until the end of 6 weeks based on  their medical issues and present physical condition we alter the exercises

We change the exercise routines and diet  every week based on the progress of the individual

To  make exercise fun we do aerobics, kickboxing, sports training using cones ,Ladders, Hurdles, bosu ball, medicine ball etc

End of every week will have weight and fat Analysis after 6 week

Money Back Scheme:
If the person loses ..
6Kg – 10 Kg, he will get his 25% money back,
10Kg – 15Kg, he will get 50% money back.,
Anything above 15Kg, he will get 100% money back which he had paid in the beginning
